I am working on a Governance platform on Azure for Azure applications : Monitoring, Provisioning and biling.

So, the customer can monitor its application and decide to provision new users and allow dynamic scalling based on some rules (burst, timeframe, ...)

Build a webservice in Azure that is linked to a CRM 4 worflow custom assembly.

the webservice will return a Unique ID based on Guid passed into it. The webservice will also need to generate tables on the fly.
